Clamoring for Cove Lounge in Harlem

Cove Lounge is the latest to join the dynamic cadre of new restaurants near Harlem’s 125th & Lenox Avenue hub. The venue’s young owners are bona fide industry up-and-comers who received top notch mentoring from Bobby Flay when their story was featured on The Food Network show 3 Days to Open.

Since last summer young professionals from across the city have been flocking to Cove Lounge, which is located at 325 Lenox Avenue. With its intimate ambiance, the venue has been steadily building its reputation as a chic after-work haven.  Perhaps it is the visually impressive bar and lighting; more likely it’s their attractively appetizing menu, which beckons comfort food addicts who may occasionally yearn for something familiar yet fanciful, such as chicken & red velvet waffles,  blue crab and grits, and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese.   For diners trying to maintain healthy New Year’s resolutions, the Cobb Salad, served with crispy asparagus and heirloom tomatoes, is a worthy consideration. Whichever side of the pan you’re on, Cove Lounge is a certifiably palate-pleasing pick.
